Issues that ‘trigger’ you and have not yet been resolved, do so with less frequency and intensity and you recover your goodwill more quickly.
Once you have learnt this process you have the knowledge to move forward, focused and on track to achieve whatever you will.

I had recently been advised by my GP to speak with a professional regarding high stress and depression.
I did 2 sessions with a Dr before Christmas and although I had always believed I understood how to manage my thoughts and redirect my way of thinking etc I did get value out of the first 2 sessions.
I understand that medicare covers up to 10 sessions per year at no cost to me.
I am unsure on how many sessions (more or less) I will get value from however, I would like to book some time with you.
I have heard good things from a friend of mine on your passion for the way our brain works and what power we have over controlling this. I then listened to an interview you had regarding your book.
I believe that if I was to get the most out of taking time away from my business to self improve it would be with you.
Can you please let me know what I need to do to book in a time.
